Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM, managing multi-track plans and dependencies
• Run weekly ceremonies and governance including standups, RAID management, and executive reporting
• Orchestrate integrations with trading partners and 3rd-party systems while ensuring compliance and security

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations
• Proven delivery of integrations between ERP/HCM and trading partners or legacy applications
• Strong command of ERP/HCM project mechanics including data conversion and vendor management
• Working knowledge of FBDI/ADFDI, OIC/ETL, and REST/SOAP
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project
