Job Summary
A company is looking for an Organizational Readiness Partner to lead cross-functional projects that enhance operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to apply and refine the Organizational Readiness playbook across projects
- Facilitate planning and execution activities, ensuring alignment on objectives, risks, and project milestones
- Manage project status reviews and RAID items, providing timely updates and facilitating continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Organizational Development, Project Management, or Psychology preferred
- 5-7+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a project or program management role
- Proven experience leading complex initiatives, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven organizations
- Hands-on experience with organizational change initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
