Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to oversee proposal projects and New Product Development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and administrative aspects of Proposal and New Product Development projects
• Coordinate with engineering, commercial, project management, and estimation teams to ensure project proposals meet schedule and budget requirements
• Lead proposal development and review processes prior to contract award, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client requirements

Required Qualifications

• B.S. degree in an engineering discipline required
• 15 years of hands-on experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years in front-end project development roles
• Experience in industrial fabrication or construction
• Familiarity with Industry Standard Codes (ASME, B31, AISC, ASTM, AWS, OSHA) and/or international equivalents
