- Manage the TA tech release strategy and calendar with TPMs
- Own the TA Service Desk and enhance the TA support process
- Align funnel programs and projects with the broader tech and tooling strategy
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Recruiting Enablement, Program Management, or related experience
- Experience with large-scale change and tool implementations
- Track record in building and delivering key recruiting programs
- Experience in project management and influencing partner teams
- Proficiency in recruiting tools and software, with knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle
