Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of complex programs, focusing on execution, governance, and change management
- Develop comprehensive program strategies, roadmaps, and plans, including defining KPIs and reporting on results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment, improve outcomes, and tackle operational problems through scalable solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year institution
- 6-8 years of program management, customer success operations, or consulting experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success in launching initiatives that improve customer experience and support scalability
- Strong program management skills with the ability to analyze data and derive insights
- Experience with B2B hardware and SaaS products is preferred
