Release Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Manager to oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle for cloud platform services.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end release lifecycle for cloud platform services, including planning, scheduling, and validation
• Define and enforce release policies, manage SOX-compliant release controls, and integrate CI/CD practices
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to minimize risk and maintain release documentation while tracking release KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in release management, preferably in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience in software development, DevOps, or IT operations
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and knowledge of Agile DORA metrics
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in project management tools
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation tools
