Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional programs across all areas of the business on time and with measurable results
• Build systems to improve leadership visibility and progress on large, cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Identify and solve efficiency and process challenges across the business

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or strategic operations roles
• Proven success in executing cross-functional programs with many stakeholders
• Experience working with senior leaders on pressing issues
• Management consulting experience preferred
• Deeply mission aligned with a belief in community and generosity
