Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project scope, coordination, and objectives with customers and internal resources
- Manage project deliverables, negotiate timelines, and prioritize business expectations with stakeholders
- Provide regular executive updates on strategy and project progress to key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management and related experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology
- Experience with large enterprise-level accounts and global partners
- Project and service certifications such as PMP, Prince2, ITIL, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with change management systems and processes
