Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of program controls and financial planning systems
• Direct data analytics to support decision-making and external reporting
• Manage and mentor program control staff to foster a high-performance culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in program controls and FP&A
• Expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) and U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Proven experience with financial reporting and multi-year budgeting
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
