Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management of programs to ensure compliance with the Shared Services Strategy
• Act as a liaison between implementation contractors and program staff to address compliance-related questions or issues
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to make actionable recommendations and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in project management or operations/business process management
• Experience commensurate with a Bachelor's degree in business or operations-related field, or a combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in project management systems such as JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Slack, and Salesforce
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with lean methodologies is preferred
