Remote Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide project and program management for Virtual Customer Service Center and Voice to Text Translation programs
• Conduct research and implement solutions for Chatbot and Voice to Text applications
• Manage project scope, resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years' experience as a product and/or project manager
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with the implementation of chatbot and voice to text applications
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in all phases of IT projects
• Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
