Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, document, and manage complex programs and projects with a focus on card/payments
• Develop project charters, define scope, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
• Serve as a liaison to communicate program status and facilitate stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in delivering complex, cross-functional programs/projects
• 7+ years of experience with project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
• Experience in the cards/payments domain
• Proven ability to create strategic roadmaps for program delivery
• Experience in mentoring and supporting project team members
