Project Manager, Client Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager 1, Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, and risks for assigned client projects
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting notes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with project management platforms, such as Asana and Jira
• Experience in a digital marketing or technology-focused environment is a plus
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud and/or Google Marketing Platform is a plus
