Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding for internal and subcontractor teams, ensuring compliance with documentation and federal protocols
• Develop and implement standardized processes to improve workflows for contract-related tasks
• Provide program support by assisting the Program Manager with tracking and submitting contractual deliverables on time

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Management, Communications, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 3+ years of experience as a program analyst, preferably in IT or cybersecurity
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and terminology
• Working knowledge of Microsoft and program software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Microsoft 365/Teams)
• Knowledge of training tools and methodologies
