Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) Reporting program to meet compliance and reporting requirements
• Manage the collection of ESG data and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and frameworks
• Develop and deliver training on ESG processes and support sustainability-related reporting initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering, sciences, business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, environmental, or operations in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or project manager capacity
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and collaborate across departments
• Strong strategic thinking and project execution skills
