Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the team's rhythm of business, including strategic planning and key business events
  • Plan and execute team meetings and coordinate awards submissions
  • Oversee the team's budget process and track operational expenditures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, or accounting
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in business management and operations
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Rhythm of Business (ROB) or operational support
  • Experience in financial reporting and budget management, specifically with operational expenditures
  • Proficiency in advanced data analysis and visualization tools
