Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the team's rhythm of business, including strategic planning and key business events
- Plan and execute team meetings and coordinate awards submissions
- Oversee the team's budget process and track operational expenditures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, or accounting
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in business management and operations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Rhythm of Business (ROB) or operational support
- Experience in financial reporting and budget management, specifically with operational expenditures
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis and visualization tools
