Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that support strategic growth and technical evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs including infrastructure and cloud migrations
• Drive alignment across departments by improving delivery practices and coordinating priorities with senior leadership
• Build and maintain executive-level reporting, governance, and transparency of program health, risks, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex technical programs in healthcare, SaaS, or infrastructure environments
• Deep knowledge of healthcare technologies and standards (HL7, DICOM, PACS, RIS)
• Expertise in Agile, hybrid, and scaled delivery frameworks; experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and ServiceNow
• Strong technical foundation in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe preferred
