Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead risk initiatives within the People Risk, Privacy, Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project objectives and resolve issues
• Conduct assessments of employment, privacy, and AI risks in new use cases involving people data

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management or compliance, preferably in a tech company
• Proven experience in program or project support roles
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Risk Management or related field
• Strong background in data analytics and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with stakeholder communications and managing cross-functional teams
