Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives for outsourced service delivery
- Build and manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and support quarterly business reviews
- Advise on workforce classifications and risk management strategies for extended workforce operations
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5-8+ years of experience in vendor management and scaled outsourced operations
- Proven program management skills for complex, large-scale initiatives
- Strong consulting and analytical skills
- Experience managing large programs with multiple partners and stakeholders preferred
