Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead Agile project delivery in a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Implement process improvements and manage Kanban boards for cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain project planning tools and centralized ticket submission workflows

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
• Strong proficiency in Jira for setup, reporting, and workflow automation
• Experience in story pointing and managing large-scale initiatives
• Skilled in translating business needs into actionable user stories
• Flexible approach to Agile practices, adapting to team and project needs
