Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Project Manager - Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and coaches teams on Agile principles
• Manages project teams, timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure successful delivery
• Guides and mentors team members on Scrum practices and removes obstacles to progress

Required Qualifications/Education and Experience

• Master's Degree in Computer Science/Management or 5 years of related experience
• Must have and maintain Secret Clearance
• Deep understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles
• Five years of project management experience, including military project management
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
