Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead and oversee complex projects in a federal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for assigned program areas across multiple Agile teams
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and compliance with contract requirements
• Serve as primary liaison with government stakeholders, vendors, and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management leading large-scale federal contracts
• Proven experience leading Agile software delivery or data-focused teams
• PMP or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe)
• Knowledge of federal budget and procurement processes
