Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex mainframe modernization projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for large, high-risk initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
• Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals to prevent scope creep
• Implement and improve standardized policies and procedures for high-quality project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
• 12+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in a software company
• 6+ years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership role managing customer-facing project managers
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through project delivery in a software or SaaS environment
