Remote Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager focused on New Product Development in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive project execution for new product development, from requirements gathering through launch and post-release evaluation
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, ensuring clear communication and coordinated action plans
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risk, and deliverables with a focus on hitting milestones and achieving program objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technical, or related discipline (required)
• 5+ years of program or project management experience, particularly with new product development
• Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous product development projects
• Strong technical background; prior hands-on engineering experience preferred
• Familiarity with UL and EMC testing requirements
