Certified Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) and guide them in Agile practices
• Facilitate discussions and conflict resolution to improve team performance and value delivery
• Support the ART in managing delivery, addressing risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSP) and Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• 8 years of experience in Lean and Agile methodologies, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Kanban lead
• Proven success in leading multiple Agile teams to maturity and improved customer outcomes
• Experience with large programs using the Scaled Agile Framework
