Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support various projects within the Healthcare Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily project activities and support project teams with logistics for meetings and events
  • Coordinate communications with stakeholders and assist in preparing project reports and deliverables
  • Provide administrative support for invoices, contracts, and maintain project documentation


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
  • At least three years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in health-related fields preferred
