Project Manager - Oracle Cloud

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager for Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM, managing multi-track plans and dependencies
• Run weekly governance ceremonies and manage project reporting, including KPIs and executive updates
• Own the data migration plan and orchestrate integrations with trading partners and third-party systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations
• Proven delivery of integrations between ERP/HCM and trading partners or legacy applications
• Strong understanding of ERP/HCM project mechanics, including fit-gap analysis and data conversion
• Working knowledge of FBDI/ADFDI, OIC/ETL, and REST/SOAP
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project
