Head of Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a centralized Program Management Office to support development programs and corporate initiatives
• Provide strategic oversight and leadership for key programs across various functions
• Integrate existing program management practices into a unified framework with standardized tools and processes

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in biotech/pharma, with at least 7 years in program or portfolio management leadership roles
• Advanced Degree highly preferred (PhD, MBA, or MS in Business or Scientific discipline)
• Proven track record of building and scaling PMO functions in high-growth environments
• Deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle from discovery through commercialization
• Experience with project management tools and systems (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project)
