Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Management Communications Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Create and execute comprehensive provider and member communication campaigns
  • Identify and collaborate with departments to enhance member and provider experience
  • Develop and maintain policy/process/work instructions for communication initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Business to Consumer Communications experience
  • 3+ years of Project / Program Management experience, preferably within Managed Care
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams)
  • Bachelor's degree or similar work experience
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively
