Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Management Communications Manager.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Create and execute comprehensive provider and member communication campaigns
- Identify and collaborate with departments to enhance member and provider experience
- Develop and maintain policy/process/work instructions for communication initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business to Consumer Communications experience
- 3+ years of Project / Program Management experience, preferably within Managed Care
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams)
- Bachelor's degree or similar work experience
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively
