Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct key enterprise projects focusing on member experience, care navigation, and clinical programs
• Develop project plans, gather business requirements, and ensure successful project execution
• Lead cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, and communicate status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration preferred
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare product, operations, or project roles
• 5+ years of experience in member navigation or clinical care support
• PMP or alternative certification preferred but not required
