Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Experience in client onboarding, benefits administration, or SaaS implementation
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience leading multiple strategic projects simultaneously
