Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, GRA Initiatives Project Management Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the GRA PMO team, ensuring excellence in project execution and process improvement
• Serve as the primary liaison to the GRA Leadership Team, driving priority setting and strategic planning
• Oversee the full portfolio of GRA PMO initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory strategy and operational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with 8+ years in regulatory affairs or R&D operations
• Proven track record of leading PMO functions and driving strategic change
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience in global drug development and regulatory strategy
