Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to lead firmwide tool evaluations for a key client in the accounting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate firmwide tool evaluation and decision-making processes
• Drive structured stakeholder engagement across business units to ensure adoption and alignment
• Support contract negotiation, vendor evaluation, and future-proofing considerations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience, ideally in professional services or accounting-related industries
• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise tool evaluations and firmwide decision processes
• Strong experience with vendor selection, RFPs, and contract negotiations
• Familiarity with AI, cloud, and future-proofing considerations in enterprise technology selection
• Comfortable delivering under fixed-fee models with accountability for outcomes
