Principal Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager, Solution Engineer Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and improve monthly and quarterly business reviews, coaching leaders on content and presentation
• Partner with communications leads to drive global communications and enhance team engagement
• Establish and manage key operational processes, improving team effectiveness and decision-making

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy roles at a senior level
• Proven track record of partnering with senior executives to drive strategic initiatives
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in coaching and influencing senior stakeholders
• Expertise in establishing operational cadences and driving continuous improvement
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from inception through execution
