Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead risk initiatives related to People Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end risk assessments for projects involving people data and collaborate with legal teams
• Resolve issues identified during reviews in partnership with compliance teams
• Develop and communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in risk management or compliance, preferably within a tech company
• Experience conducting risk assessments for privacy, employment, security, and AI compliance
• Working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance policies
• Strong data analytical skills and experience with complex data sets
• Experience building trusting relationships with engineering and legal teams
