Senior IT Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees program managers and provides leadership on programs and large projects
• Manages project life cycle phases, including resource planning and performance measurement
• Develops team capabilities and provides strategy and change management support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, including management experience
• Experience in project and program management, including Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of program attributes such as costs, budgets, staffing, and risks
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or SAFe Scrum Master Certification preferred
• Experience in developing and managing project budgets and schedules
