Key Responsibilities
- Guide the Business Transformation Office and champion project governance across the organization
- Manage all project phases, ensuring coordination with impacted business processes and stakeholders
- Prepare project budgets, analyze variances, and create reports on project metrics and progress
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a relevant discipline preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise or large-scale initiatives
- Proficient in business analysis, project management, and software development lifecycle methodologies
- Experience with project planning software and collaboration tools
- Demonstrated leadership experience in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
