Key Responsibilities

• Guide the Business Transformation Office and champion project governance across the organization
• Manage all project phases, ensuring coordination with impacted business processes and stakeholders
• Prepare project budgets, analyze variances, and create reports on project metrics and progress

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant discipline preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in enterprise or large-scale initiatives
• Proficient in business analysis, project management, and software development lifecycle methodologies
• Experience with project planning software and collaboration tools
• Demonstrated leadership experience in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
