Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to develop program strategy and manage product execution in alignment with client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product goals related to user experience, quality, and scalability while driving cross-functional development from concept to delivery
• Facilitate communication among Development, Quality, User Research, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
• Represent stakeholders, track product usage, and manage feature prioritization and trade-offs to ensure market adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in revenue generation, product management, or practice support, preferably in Health IT
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Strong understanding of market solutions and technology platforms
• Ability to innovate product-based solutions based on market and customer requirements
