Key Responsibilities
- Advises customers, attorneys, and lenders to resolve title insurability issues prior to closing for commercial transactions
- Communicates with clients and third parties to obtain documentation to clear title-related issues
- Follows standard procedures and guidelines while managing own workload and performing additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
- Ability to communicate moderately complex information in routine situations
- Understands how assigned duties relate to team integration and support
- Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach
