Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Corporate Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and build a global team of program managers to execute critical initiatives
  • Define and implement integrated portfolio frameworks aligning strategic initiatives with business objectives
  • Oversee M&A integrations and ensure alignment between portfolio delivery and organizational change objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; preferred Master's or MBA
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in portfolio management or transformation roles
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience leading M&A integration programs
  • Proven track record in building and scaling portfolio management functions in large organizations
  • Experience with enterprise-wide transformations and large-scale change programs ($50M+ program budgets preferred)
