Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Corporate Portfolio Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and build a global team of program managers to execute critical initiatives
- Define and implement integrated portfolio frameworks aligning strategic initiatives with business objectives
- Oversee M&A integrations and ensure alignment between portfolio delivery and organizational change objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; preferred Master's or MBA
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in portfolio management or transformation roles
- Minimum 5+ years of experience leading M&A integration programs
- Proven track record in building and scaling portfolio management functions in large organizations
- Experience with enterprise-wide transformations and large-scale change programs ($50M+ program budgets preferred)
