Technical Agile Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Agile Lead (Jira & AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert in Jira reporting and metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Design and maintain Jira dashboards and reports for team and portfolio visibility
• Lead the adoption of AI tools to enhance Agile delivery and automate tasks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Agile Lead
• Proven expertise in Jira administration, including workflows and dashboards
• Ability to analyze and present actionable insights from Jira data
• Experience with AI tools in Agile environments to improve delivery
• In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices
