Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile teams through sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking
• Serve as point of contact for delivery progress, risks, and impediments
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders to define goals and priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 7+ years of experience managing IT projects or delivery teams
• Proven track record managing Agile teams
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
