Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager - Regulatory and Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between pharmacy, finance, compliance, and external partners for 340B finance strategy
- Develop and monitor dashboards and metrics to inform leaders of eligibility status in real time
- Manage project timelines, respond to requests, and assist in standardization and process improvement techniques
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least one year of experience with healthcare regulatory research and 340B knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with regulatory research specific to 340B
- Understanding of Medicare Cost Reporting and its relationship with 340B eligibility
- Relevant experience working with HRSA regarding eligibility and audits
