Project Manager - 340B Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Regulatory and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between pharmacy, finance, compliance, and external partners for 340B finance strategy
• Develop and monitor dashboards and metrics to inform leaders of eligibility status in real time
• Manage project timelines, respond to requests, and assist in standardization and process improvement techniques

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least one year of experience with healthcare regulatory research and 340B knowledge
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with regulatory research specific to 340B
• Understanding of Medicare Cost Reporting and its relationship with 340B eligibility
• Relevant experience working with HRSA regarding eligibility and audits
