About the position
Responsibilities
• Provides consulting to the Product Owner in building and maintaining the product roadmap, release plan, and strategic product roadmap based on priorities.
• Facilitates Scrum master meetings for assigned product area, focusing on guiding teams towards improving their work processes.
• Facilitates sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint demos, ensuring effective coordination with other teams.
• Consults with the Product Owner to validate priorities and foster self-organization and cross-team collaboration.
• Identifies areas for process improvement and establishes effective processes by analyzing current and new product management processes.
• Helps the team monitor progress daily and identifies opportunities for incremental improvement.
• Manages and communicates relevant metrics to the team on progress against objectives.
• Establishes and maintains strong partnerships with internal customers to understand their business needs.
• Contributes to the company’s Agile and Product Community, strengthening the team’s presence as an Agile center of excellence.
• Models leadership competencies and supports a culture focused on continuous improvement and exceptional employee engagement.
Requirements
• Financial services background is required.
• Experience with Salesforce Scrum teams is essential.
• Experience working in a product model is necessary.
• Experience on data projects related to financial planning data, ETL, and Snowflake technology stack is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and bridge the gap between Agile principles and real-world practices.
