Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- MBA desirable
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare
- Experience in healthcare or customer-centric organizations preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
