Drug Development Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Drug Development Project Manager - East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project plans and progress from pre-clinical stages to commercialization, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy
• Establish project lifetime plans, proactively identifying risks and maintaining communication on timelines, budgets, and resources
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop integrated project plans and promote effective governance and team dynamics

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a health-related discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in drug development across various phases and disease areas
• At least 5 years of program management experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting
• Proven leadership skills and experience in people management
• Solid project management skills with advanced planning experience using MS Project; PMP certification is a plus
