Director of Customer Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Program Management for Data Center GPU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicates program status, issues, and risk management to multi-functional and executive teams
• Defines, plans, and drives projects and program plans based on management and technical guidance
• Establishes formal program management artifacts including project timelines, budgets, and performance KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or similar
• Formal project management education; PMP certification is ideal but not required
• Solid knowledge of technical program management and engineering
• Experience working in high-pressure environments with competing priorities
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Excel is an asset
