Agile Delivery Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Operations Lead who is passionate about accelerating organizational agility and delivering end-user value.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate high-performing agile teams to enhance organizational agile maturity and self-accountability
• Organize and facilitate team events such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Coordinate deliverables across multiple teams, managing interdependencies and facilitating conflict resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role
• Experience with software development teams and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Proficient knowledge of agile methodologies and practices, including coaching on story writing and estimation
• Experience using tools such as Atlassian, LucidChart, or Figma preferred
