Program Manager Value Based Agreement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager of Value Based Agreement Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of programs focused on operational improvements and capability development to support VBA growth
• Perform research on operating models to deliver population health in various market environments
• Synthesize multiple inputs to produce materials for executive presentations based on Operations pillar work

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge of value-based care and population health
• Previous experience in an ACO strongly preferred
• Previous experience with Medicare Shared Savings Plan (MSSP) and/or ACO REACH strongly preferred
• Strong technical skills (Tableau, PowerBI, Quest Analytics, Innovaccer) strongly preferred
