A company is looking for an Operations Program Manager to lead execution discipline for Customer Success programs and the CRO Partnership Model.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement a standardized project/program management framework
- Drive execution of Customer Success and CRO Partnership Model initiatives
- Track dependencies, risks, and interlocks across customer excellence programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 7+ years in project/program management, preferably in consulting or customer-facing initiatives
- PMI or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in life sciences, CRO, or SaaS environments preferred
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams and external partners
